A small firm that fixes how other firms run
Aitek Legacy Management Group Inc is a Florida profit corporation headquartered in St. Petersburg. We work with consultancies, IT and managed service providers, and real estate firms — organisations where the work itself is well understood, but the systems around it have grown by accident.
The pattern is almost always the same: several good tools that do not talk to each other, a spreadsheet holding the whole thing together, and one or two people quietly absorbing the difference. That is a solvable problem, and it is the one we solve.
We deliberately keep engagements narrow. An audit produces a document, not a dependency. A build phase ends with working software and a handover, not an open retainer you cannot leave.
How we operate
Scope before spend
We do not start building until the problem is written down, measured and agreed. If the numbers do not justify the work, we say so.
You own what we build
Source code, documentation and accounts stay with your firm. There is no vendor lock, and no hostage-taking on handover.
Plain invoices
Fixed fees against documented deliverables. No revenue share, no equity, no commission arrangements.
